Mr. Basile was born in Boston Massachusetts in 1953, son to Gloria and Albert Basile, little brother to Kathy Basile, and big brother to Lynn Silva.
Steve grew up and attended schools in Watertown, MA and graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelors degree in Business 1975. He obtained his MBA in Marketing, from Babson College in 1983.
Steve has spent 37 years in the pharmaceutical industry, serving in many senior level Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Management positions. He continues to be active in many industry associations, and is currently Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Spear Dermatology Products, Inc.
Steve has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 32 years. Lisa holds a Masters in Fine Arts, has been an Art Teacher, and is a loving and creative person. Steve and Lisa have two wonderful children. Their son Ryan is a 2008 graduate of Skidmore College, and earned his Masters Degree in Fine Arts in Visual Communication at The Art Institute of Chicago in 2011. Daughter Krista is a 2012 graduate of Loyola University in Baltimore, majoring in Psychology. She is currently enrolled in a Masters program at the Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University.

Ms. Silva was born in Boston, Massachusetts on January 3, 1958. Daughter to Gloria and Al Basile, she is affectionately known as “little sista” to Kathy and Steve.
Lynn graduated from Watertown High School in Watertown, Massachusetts. She immediately entered the working world and currently works as the Executive Assistant to John Williams; Broker, Owner & Realtor of RE/MAX Hearthstone Realty in Garnet Valley, Pa. Lynn also is an Executive Consultant for Rodan and Fields Premium Skincare and is currently enrolled in a Real Estate Licensing Program.
Lynn has been married to her husband Manny for 39 years. Manny holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Babson College, and currently works as a Regional Vice President for Pilot Freight Services. They have two beautiful daughters, Michelle and Whitney. Michelle graduated from AMDA in New York City in 2003, and she currently works as the Global Manager for Barnes and Noble’s Digital Nook in New York City. Whitney graduated from West Chester University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Sales & Marketing and currently works as a Marketing Manager for J.P Morgan Chase in Wilmington, DE.
Lynn and Manny have two amazing grandsons, Graham (4) and Liam (2) who keep them full of laughter and joy.

Jay and his wife, Mary Ann met Kathy and Tom shortly after their move to Florida and became close friends early on.
A West Virginia native, Jay is proud to have received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Quantitative Business Management from West Virginia University. While studying, Jay played for the Mountaineer’s rugby team and was a member of Sigma Nu. He graduated Cum Laude from WVU in 1978.
Jay is the Treasurer of the Boys & Girls Club of St. Lucie County. He is also a member of the First United Methodist Church of Port St. Lucie, Florida, the Government Finance Officers’ Association, the Florida Institute of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs. Mary Ann is a math teacher at Jensen Beach High School.
Jay’s 2 sons, Jacob and Jordan, both graduated from St. Lucie West Centennial High School. Jacob went on to earn a Bachelors Degree in civil engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida and subsequently received his master’s degree in Coastal & Ocean Engineering. He is currently working for a coastal Engineering firm. Jordan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida and graduated with honors from the University College of London (UK) with a master’s degree in International Economics and International Relations.
